  • This specific duration allows for

    • progressive muscle re-education,

    • deeper integration of holistic principles,

  • While the 8-session program offers the most profound and lasting results, we do offer individual one-off sessions for post-discovery clients unable or not ready to commit to the full program.

These one-off sessions only include hands-on body work, 5m of preliminary assessment and 5m of debriefing.

For more comprehensive and thorough one-off sessions, there is a $75 upgrade fee to incorporate:

    • Screening, updates, assessment (5-10m)

    • Guided breathing and somatic movement (5-10m)

    • Interwoven physiological education

    • Debrief (5-10m)

    • Post-Session Report sent out within 72h

  • Our work is built on a foundation of neuromuscular therapy paired with a deep tissue approach—this does not equate to “deep pressure” as our aim is not to increase susceptibility to injury.

    The techniques we incorporate are

    • Myofascial Release

    • Trigger Point Therapy

    • Lymphatic Drainage

    • Movement Release / Pin and Stretch

    • Shiatsu elements

    • Swedish elements

  • No. We focus on facilitating active change, and although lux services have their benefits, we are purely science and results oriented.

  • PRECARE

    • Hydrate sufficiently 24-48h before your session to minimize the likelihood of nausea, dizziness, or prolonged soreness, and to increase the glide of your soft tissues.

    • Shower prior to your appointment and DO NOT MOISTURIZE—this allows for the precise grip and friction needed for effective neuromuscular techniques.

    • Have a snack or light meal no less than 1h before your session to minimize the likelihood of nausea or dizziness.

    • Increase fiber and protein intake for a couple of days before your appointment to promote a smoother experience and activation of your body’s natural healing systems.

    • Increased awareness and mindfulness

    • Blended modalities

    • Joint Mobilization

    • Injury care and prevention education relevant to you

    • Plenty of education on physiological and biokinetic fundamentals

  • AFTERCARE

    • Hydrate sufficiently for 48h after your session to minimize the likelihood of nausea, dizziness, or DOMS (delayed-onset muscle soreness).

    • Ice any sore areas for 15m within 6h of sensation onset followed by a warm shower.

    • Increase veggie and lean meat intake for a few days after your appointment to promote nutrient synthesis for smoother muscle repair.

    • Increased hunger and thirst

    • Decrease or change of symptomology

    • Increased relaxation

    • Better understanding and mindfulness of how your daily lifestyle impacts your body

    • Increased awareness of posture or tension holding patterns

  • Everyone. Seriously!

Education is a huge component of this program, but it can certainly be overwhelming or confusing for some.

Not everyone will mesh with the approach/philosophy or our therapists’ personalities/energy—we’re not woo-woo new age, but we’re also not strictly scientific; we’ll definitely take “the vibe” into consideration.

If you’re open-minded or knowledge-hungry or willing to try new things (even when it’s daunting), this might likely resonate with you.

We won’t know until we’re in each other’s space.
