1. Clinical Scope & Responsibility

  • New patients must complete the mandatory Digital Intake Form at the time of booking.

    No paperwork = No session.

  • Aetheria Wellness provides neuromuscular education and manual soft tissue therapy.

    We do not provide "manual adjustments" or medical diagnoses.

  • Patients must provide an accurate health history.

    Medical clearance may be required for recent surgeries or chronic conditions.

    The provider reserves the right to refuse treatment for undisclosed contraindications; in such cases, the fee is forfeited.

  • Digital photos/videos may be taken for assessment and progress tracking.

    These are stored on an encrypted, secure device adhering to HIPAA privacy standards..

  • Patients must be free from alcohol or recreational drugs.

    If you are taking prescription pain management medication that alters your sensory perception, please disclose this prior to the session, as it changes the clinical approach.

2. Booking & Logistics

  • If you must cancel or reschedule less than 36 hours before the appointment. you willl forfeit the full fee.

  • To ensure clinical safety and proper intake, sessions may not be transferred to another individual.

  • The patient is responsible for safe parking and disclosing stair access.

    Failure to provide elevator access for locations above the first floor will result in session cancellation and fee forfeiture.

  • The 36-hour rule may be waived for documented emergencies or hazardous conditions at the provider’s discretion.

3. Professional Boundaries

  • The provider reserves the right to terminate the session if the environment is deemed unsafe (environmental hazards, unsecured pets, unauthorized third parties).

  • Any illicit, suggestive, or inappropriate behavior will result in immediate termination, fee forfeiture, and a permanent ban from the practice.

4. Payments & Refunds

  • Payments are non-refundable.

    Credits for valid reschedules expire after 30 days.

  • Sessions end at the scheduled time regardless of the patient's start time.

  • Aetheria Wellness operates on a Clinical Medical Model.

    Our rates are all-inclusive to reflect the professional nature of the treatment.

    Gratuity is appreciated but never expected; the best 'tip' is your commitment to your home-care protocols and referrals to those in need.
